Hi, I’m Kristy - Registered Nutritionist

I help people feel their best by getting to the root of chronic symptoms and supporting overall health, energy, and wellbeing with practical, science-backed nutrition. My goal is simple: make nutrition enjoyable, sustainable, and effective.

I especially love working with people who have tried it all - those with chronic symptoms or autoimmunity that have been ongoing for years. For me, figuring out each person’s health is like solving a puzzle: all the pieces are there, they just need to be put together carefully in the right way.

With a background in Human Nutrition and Exercise & Sports Science, I work with clients to balance hormones, improve gut health, boost energy, and feel more in control of their health. I focus on the root causes, not just the symptoms, creating personalised plans that fit your life.

As a registered nutritionist with the Nutrition Society of New Zealand (NSNZ), I stay up-to-date with the latest research to provide safe, professional guidance.

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me outdoor - surfing, hiking, or jumping into a chilly lake or in the kitchen, experimenting with whole foods and nourishing recipes.
