    We’ll talk about your current challenges, what you want to achieve, and how I can support your journey to better health. You’ll also have the chance to ask any questions and see if my services are the right fit for you.

  • Your health journey starts here. In this 75-minute comprehensive session, we’ll review your full health picture - gut, hormones, energy, sleep, lifestyle, supplements, and any past blood tests.

    You’ll leave with a personalised plan designed just for you, including:

    • Nutrition and lifestyle strategies that actually fit your life

    • Supplement and testing recommendations (if needed)

    • A customised recipe guide to make healthy changes simple and sustainable

    This session sets the foundation for your ongoing health journey. We will continue to adapt your plan as your health progresses

  • Recommended 2–4 weeks after your initial session, these follow-ups keep you accountable and supported as you put your personalised plan into action.

    • Check in on your nutrition, lifestyle, and supplement changes

    • Tackle any challenges or roadblocks

    • Review functional or blood test results, if relevant

    • Fine-tune your plan so it continues to work for you

    With a coach by your side, you’ll have guidance, motivation, and accountability to keep making progress and feeling your best.

    30 minutes: $120 | 45 minutes: $160

  • Cut through the confusion and get clear guidance on the supplements your body actually needs. Perfect for targeted prenatal, immune, or nutrient support.

    Including a review of any recent blood tests done in the last month.

    This short phone call gives you access to high quality practitioner only supplements tailored to your specific symptoms and blood work.

All consultations can be online via Telehealth or in person at my Wānaka clinic on Wednesday’s.
